Atlas General Construction Job Summary: The Construction Sales
Representative is responsible for client interaction, site visits,
project estimations, and client follow-ups. This role involves
providing potential clients with in-depth information regarding the
construction process, performing accurate site measurements, and
preparing project estimates based on on-site visits. The ideal
candidate should possess a strong knowledge of construction
methods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster
strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Site Visits:
Conduct site visits to potential project locations as assigned by
the marketing and sales team. Measurements: Perform accurate site
measurements and gather critical data to prepare project
estimations. Client Communication: Provide clients with detailed
information regarding the construction process, timelines, and
services offered. Estimation Preparation: Develop accurate project
estimates after conducting site visits, ensuring alignment with
client requirements and company standards. Client Follow-ups:
Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to address
their queries, provide updates, and close sales. - Write estimates
within two days - Follow-up call the same day as the email Sales
Documentation: Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as
proposals, contracts, and invoices. Use Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) software and other online tools to track client
interactions, manage leads, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Experience with CRM tools is essential for efficiently handling
sales pipelines and maintaining organized client records.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities,
progress, and project potential to the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the
construction industry with a strong understanding of construction
processes, materials, and measurements. Proven experience in sales,
preferably in the construction industry. Experience using CRM tools
and online sales tracking software. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to read and understand construction
plans and blueprints is a plus. Strong negotiation and closing
skills. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team. Physical
Requirements: Ability to visit construction sites and perform
physical tasks such as measuring and inspecting site conditions.
Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary:
$80,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
