Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Counselor to educate and
enroll employees on their employer-sponsored and voluntary
benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Support communication and enrollment of core and voluntary employee
benefits in a call center environment
Educate employees about their benefits and assist with the
completion of enrollment forms
Document interactions and maintain accurate records for each
enrollment process
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 10 years of experience
5+ years of insurance experience preferred, with knowledge of life,
health, and voluntary benefits
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Call center experience with knowledge of enrollment systems
Preferred bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
