Job DescriptionWe're seeking inclusive and committed Packer Flex Seasoning Operators to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for constructing boxes and packing them full of products you already know and love. Occasionally, you will also be responsible for the operations of processing equipment while ensuring proper seasoning and salting of our tasty products. Although you will start with Frito-Lay, this job can open the door to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo.We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. As a Full-Time Packer Flex Seasoning Operator, you would work between 40-50 hours per week and be eligible to receive full benefits including health insurance, dental and vision, retirement benefits including 401(k) with company contribution, plus more.It's a physical job! While all are welcome to apply, understand that you will be on your feet the entirety of your shift. Packers are expected to stay on the line until relieved for break. We're seeking individuals who are flexible, committed, and safety-focused.Here are some of the tasks that you could expect to perform during the workday as a Packer:

• Construct boxes and pack them manually or with the help of automated machines.
• Perform regular quality checks
• Set up lines during a changeover process
• Maintain housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as requiredAs a Seasoning Operator some of your responsibilities include:
  • Operating process related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe environmentally responsible manner.
  • Optimizing plant performance by monitoring process equipment and conditions using process control and process information systems including process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
  • Collecting and reporting plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, costs yield.
  • Performing analytical checks, adjusting control systems, and manually operated equipment based on process and lab data.
  • Determining root causes of deviations in process, product, or equipment performance through use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes improvements when appropriate.
  • Performing individual duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Performing process equipment troubleshooting, routine equipment repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Performing daily tasks efficiently using the appropriate computer tools and software
  • Ensuring operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals
