Job Description: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager provides assistance to the Store Manager in day-to-day operations by:

Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have.
Develop repair estimates.
Answer phone calls.
Order parts.
Oversee technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs on customers' vehicles.

Further, the assistant manager may:
Handle store opening and closing procedures for their assigned facility.
Help maintain a safe and efficient environment in accordance with Brake Masters policies.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills are an important requirement. As with all positions within Brake Masters, assistant managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Position requires a minimum of 5 years automotive service industry experience, including at least 1 year service sales or management experience.
